If you’ve seen something you like don’t hesitate to buy. The pixies sometimes have only one item in a particular colour and size, and often have one-off colour combinations – don’t miss out!! For postage & packing costs please take a look at the bottom of this page.

Payment


We accept payment via PayPal (if you don't have a Paypal account click here to set one up - it’s free, fast and completely secure), or you can post us a Postal Order (for info go to www.postoffice.co.uk) or a personal cheque (although this will take longer as we'll have to wait for the cheque to clear before we send your pixie treats out!).
 

Mail Order Process

Below is a step-by-step guide to how the pixies operate their mailorder:

Check the stock list on the catalogue page of this website to see what sizes and colours we have in stock in the items you're interested in

Send the pixies an email at thepixies@paragonpixie.co.uk, detailing the following:
ITEM NAME
ITEM SIZE
ITEM COLOUR
PAYMENT METHOD
YOUR ADDRESS

The pixies will send you an invoice for the item(s) plus postage costs (the invoice will be sent via PayPal if you’ve chosen to pay by PayPal, and by email if you’ve chosen to pay by Postal Order).
You can then make the payment (by following the instructions on the PayPal email, or by sending a Postal Order to the address that the pixies will give you).
Once payment is received the Pixies will post your items out quick-smart by recorded delivery.

Postage WorldWide:

‘International Signed For’ (Airmail)

Returns Policy

Paragon Pixie does offer a full exchange policy, so if an item doesn't fit the Pixies will exchange it for another size, or different item(s) of the same value. The customer will incur any additional postage costs. If you are unsure and need any additional measurements or advice, email thepixies@paragonpixie.co.uk

Paragon Pixie is not able to offer refunds for any item(s) purchased, unless they are faulty.

For exchanges/refunds send an email to thepixies@paragonpixie.co.uk within seven days of receiving the item. To qualify for exchange or refund, items must be received by the Pixies in the same condition that they were sent out in - i.e. in an unworn (apart from trying on!) and unwashed condition.
